Despite exercise and counting calories, i have failed to lose weight consistently and the only explanation is that food has been tampered with by those who want whites to be slovenly and obese. There were no fat people when whites controlled the food supply and everything wasn't coated in estrogen and transfats. Grow as much as you can at home. Even if you live in apartment, you can still grow a little bit of leafy vegetables and herbs. If you have a small yard or courtyard, that's enough to start growing stuff on a larger scale.

Consider going vegan or at least highly restricting intake of dairy products. They are full of hormones that make baby animals grow into big animals - they're not meant for regular human consumption.

If going vegan is too repulsive to you, at the very least try and source your meat by raising chickens yourself or hunting. Animal agriculture is a total fuck-fest, it's absolutely rotten to the core - avoid it at all costs.

Even the organic meat and dairy from WholeFoods is tainted. Growing leafy greens at home is the best way to ensure the quality of the product.

These are commercially grown in a wide variety of conditions- some are grown indoors and do not require any pesticides. These are likely to be labelled as such and have a higher price tag.

The green stuff grown in fields is a bit of a wild card. Exposure to pesticides, fecal coliforms from different types of fertiliser and humans pissing and shitting in the fields - it's all possible.

Grow it at home and you'll have peace of mind knowing nobody pissed on it except your good self.

of concern to me is the fact that congress, under Obama, about a year or so ago voted to stop requiring place of origin to be labeled on food. There are some place in the world that I don't want my food coming from. I hope that changes under Trump but I doubt it will. It's one regulation I would actually like to have.

Counting calories is futile if you have a shitty diet. If your carbs are coming from white bread and rice. You need complex carbs not simple carbs. Vegetables and healthy fats from things like eggs, avocados etc. your fluid intake should be primarily water, some milk and vegetable juice in moderation. No fruit juice, no soda. If you drink coffee use stevia as a sweetener. If it's boxed or packaged it's likely processed. Read labels.

Knowledge: Your calorie intake is probably too high, your calorie sources are bad (eat more natural produce and fresh meat), you aren't macro tracking (this is actually fucking huge and I wasn't able to control my weight and body composition until I did this).

Consistency: You need to maintain your exact calorie and nutrient intake nearly every day (95%) for at least 3 months. Eating good for a week only to pig out on the weekend or eating good yesterday but going out for lunch today is no good. Weigh your food, don't follow the bullshit FDA serving size stuff. Find macro nutrients per gram of food stuff and maintain your intake on an exact by gram amount.

Discipline: Do it. Keep doing it. Don't cheat, don't skip, don't give into weakness and temptation. Have some fucking discipline.

You're counting calories wrong. Assuming you aren't just lying to yourself about what you eat then this is good advice:

Don't trust things that aren't standardized like chipotle, you can easily get 2x the calories it should be when you get food there. Don't be like "oh the nutrition thing says a slice of pizza is 300 calories so every slice must be 300 calories." Don't trust calorie info where there is any room for error like someone adding oil to a sandwich. Don't trust the calorie labels on small time food makers, as they have been shown to blatantly lie.

Weigh individual ingredients and do the exact math for calories, don't guess or use volume. Places like McDonalds where food is extremely standard have accurate (within 20%) calorie counts available.

When you eat something fresh like vegetables the calorie count isn't exactly what your body will absorb because of fiber rushing it through your body and the food itself being difficult to get calories from. On the other side, highly processed or basic foods are very easy to absorb so you are more likely to get that actual amount of calories from them. Like if you eat 100 calories of soda you will absorb all 100; but 100 calories of broccoli wont actually give your body 100 calories.

I was a fat kid and have lost ~100 lbs multiple times as I've struggled with my weight so I know exactly what I'm talking about.

You're either not burning as many calories as you think you are (very likely unless you've had metabolic testing done which costs $400+) or, more likely, your total consumption is higher than you think.

Just modify your diet to include more vegetables and water so that you stay full and move more. The pounds will come off, it is impossible for them not to.

Get a calorie counting app for your phone and log in what you want. An average male should be eating 2,000 a day, a female about 1,500. You could be counting calories from. For example you might be eating something healthy, but it might also be packed with calories, and you're eating over the single serving calories amount, so eating two servings, but counting calories for only 1.
