Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.
What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

It is not necessary for everyone to think exactly the same, not is it able to be achieved. It is simply a matter of considering what people's needs are, and how it varies between differing demographics. This can be done in many different ways. ML ideology considers solving this by having a party system that manages this stuff, but other ideologies solve it through local democratic municipals or similar systems. The only person that dictates what you need is yourself really, and ideally, your needs are properly represented higher up.

I do not want me at the top. I want to be able to manage my surroundings, as I know those best. Under a boss, I wouldn't be able to do this. Under a leader, maybe. Consider what the picture would look like for the USA. Authoritarian state that invades every country that doesn't support capitalism (if it has oil and can't fight back too hard), has secret police, black sites where many are tortured, murders millions of civilians in wars in other nations, sucks banker dick and aren't nazis either. The USSR is not the only example of an ideologically communist nation. Consider the case of Burkina Faso, which, under Thomas Sankara was able to become agriculturally self-sufficient and free itself from colonial rulers within a few years. Not unlike how the USA was able to free itself from British colonial rule. Or consider Rojava currently, a Kurdish state that has a confederalist democratic system right now and a coop economy, which is definitely proper socialism in some respects, although they are still bound to the capitalist system that surrounds them. I guess you have to do something like that to not get embargoed by the US like Cuba was. I just hope they won't get pwnd by Turkroaches and ISIS sandniggers. The embargo on Cuba was also interesting, they now have the highest standard of living in the world without consuming more than they produce, like in Yurop. That's pretty fucking good for something that was a third-world-tier nation in South America and was eventually kept from getting oil. Consider that none of these things could've been done if you hold on to bullshit like the right to own property without using it yourself.
