In the North Rhine-Westphalian town of Herne, a nine-year-old boy was killed on Monday evening. The alleged perpetrator, a 19-year-old man, is on the run after police indications. Police officers found the corpse of the boy in the cellar of a row house.
As an approximate crime time a police officer gave in the night to the Tuesday 18.35 clock. The police had been informed about residents two hours after the incident. According to reports, the crime scene is located in a mixed residential district with single and multi-family houses.
The 19-year-old Marcel H. lived in the neighborhood of the boy, they said. He stabbed the boy. Assumed perpetrators and victims are not related. A murder commission had taken the further investigation.
