Trump's Obama Wiretapping Allegations

Where's the evidence? Anyone announced an investigation?

Sorry. Haven't been around the last few days.

Last week he said that all the CNN reports about his Russia connections were all fake news. Maybe the evidence for the wiretaps is in the same bin as all those CNN fake news videos, because I couldn't find those either.

Watch the Hannity interview with Mark Levin from yesterday.

Absolutely something is going on, because they're trying to change their stories and cover up inconsistencies. The most glaring one being that multiple news organisations (NYT, CNN etc) reported earlier in the year that Trump Tower was wiretaped and evidence for this also with Mike Flynn's wiretapped phone call.

But now they are saying that there were no FISA orders, no phone tapping, nothing of that sort.

I'm not sure whether Obama was personally involved, but at a minimum, we have the most scandalous overreach by the executive in political history. And if Obama is in fact directly involved like Trump says, then that would make it even more so.

Heard about the rumors of wiretapping with Flynn, which sounded real sketchy, but nothing about other cabinet members. Serious if Trudeaux.

I honestly think this is simply a Trump 4d chess move. He makes these wild accusations, with seemingly no evidence, to illustrate the hypocrisy of the left who constantly harps about Russian influence and collusion...with no evidence. He's basically caught them in a catch 22

The evidence was all the news stories during the election. Nyt Washington Post fucking reported on it

Yep Obama is so smart he let a criminal become president because why not.

It was nothing. Add a little guiding hand and you can frame a narrative.

Hearing with House Intelligence Committee on March 20th.

>Where's the evidence?
Trump's asshole
>Anyone announced an investigation?
Multiple congressional panels have announced they will roll "potential abuse of power during Russian investigations" into their Russian investigations, wasting taxpayer money and government time on Trump's bullshit.

That wasn't rumors of wiretapping. That was just straight wiretapping.

The catch is you only need to tap one end of a call to hear both sides and he was calling the Russian god damn ambassador.

>The most glaring one being that multiple news organisations (NYT, CNN etc) reported earlier in the year that Trump Tower was wiretaped
None of those news sources reported Trump Tower was wiretapped or said fuck all about wiretapping even except in relation to Flynn and CNN wasn't a primary news source on any of the stories you're thinking of (it was BBC, heat street, and the NYT IIRC).

this goes much depper

they caught something on Trump on the wiretap, but couldnt release it cause it was illegal and now that he is president, they will use that information to make him a pupet

end f story

>seemingly no evidence
No, he has provided no evidence. There is no seemingly. He just made the claim and then went on full information lockdown until Congress weighs in.
>collusion...with no evidence
Meetings with Russian officials, while circumstantial, are still evidence.

There isn't any and there won't be one.

It's the usual 18D strip mahjong.

If Trump was wiretapped, it means Obama used state resources to spy on political opposition and goes to jail forever.

If Trump wasn't wiretapped, then Obama didn't have enough evidence of Russian collaboration to justify investigation of Trump.

Win/win.

>Merely pretending to accuse a former president of espionage
Would you fuck off? This isn't an accusation that can be taken likely. If it turns out it's bullshit and Trump said it just to make a point he will be impeached immediately.

*Lightly

>Where's the evidence?
The Trump administration, congress, and/or the FBI/IC will likely not be allowed to provide hard proof and evidence if it will exposure methods and procedures of either the FBI or IC. For me, the Flynn and Trump leaks were enough to believe that further wiretapping had occurred. Also, Obama and previous administrations have a record on spying so not a real stretch. Pic related.

>Anyone announced an investigation?
There are claims of all types of investigations going around but I have not heard any related to Trumps claims but there were talks of investigations into the Flynn and Trump leaks.

Personally, the MSM and the left have dug themselves an even dipper hole to have to climb out of when they published and paraded the Flynn/Trump leaks. They more or less reversed their campaign complaints about leaking information (aka muh emails and muh Russians) and proved that they are fine with not just campaign leaks but also administration leaks.

Reducing it to those 2 options is asinine and overly reductive.

If Trump was wiretapped, it could have been the white collar crime division of the FBI following up on that audit he won't shut up about for all you fucking know.

1. It's taken lightly
2. Yes it can
3. It even should be because Trump is retarded
4. That this is sad doesn't make it not true.
5. Only very liberal interpretations of the law could allow for impeachment from this and he'd have to fuck up a lot more before Republicans threw him under the bus like that.

>That was just straight wiretapping.

Well the NSA does like to intercept calls from Russia

>Where's the evidence?
Have faith and Kek will provide.

You know when the NSA said it isn't spying on Americans?

Yeah it works like that.

The NSA doesn't spy on Americans, but MI6 and Mossad does and shares the intel with the NSA.

Obama didn't wiretap Trump, but he wiretapped Russia and through those wiretaps, tapped trump, because Russia, like many foreign nations, has had contact with the Trump admin.

>screams internally

>article makes no clarification of who was wiretapped, be it Russians or Trump
>timing, 2 days before it broke that Flynn was personally under investigation, makes that exceedingly likely
>body of article says references to wiretaps came from a single source, likely in the context of Flynn
I stand by all my statements.

what if they caught someone talking to the ambassador? as far as I know thats how they caught flynn.

maybe they werent tapping t tower but someone called somebody they were tapping.

I know Ill be called a shill but we shouldn't rule out everything since none of the sides provided real evidence yet

Paul Ryan confirmed it, he saw documents from the wiretap and said there was no Russia connection.

id trust comey over him since he's shown that he doesnt follow partisan bullshit

Apparently they went to FISA twice to get "official approval" but were turned down, meaning that Obama illegally hacked Trump Tower without any approval but was then trying to launder their wiretaps after the fact by getting FISA court to say okay. So without FISA court saying okay they all have to deny it, but the illegal wiretaps were the source of all the rumours beforehand.

if Ryan wanted to take down Trump at any cost he wouldn't have gone on Fox News to confirm Trump is telling the truth about the wiretap

Th e fuck are you talking about? If they got the fisa court order and spied on him and all they could do was get Flynn for lying about talking about sanctions to pence then very clearly the illegal wiretap based on pings from a Russian server is not nearly enough to get the fisa in the first place let us alone declaasify said information and disseminate it to all Intel agencies and change the rules for sharing of said information to go to allies abroad. That is sedition and treason and he will go to prison unless lynch takes the fall. It's very clear Obama is subverting trumps government with a shadow government as well. If they spied on trump since October and nothing showed up they haven't found shit and there's no point in investigating Russia in light of vault 7 and the capability for cia to leave behind fake traces over the DNC servers that could not be investigated by the Fbi a breach in protocol. Not even discounting the fact you can't declaasify fisa and share it it literally says in the fucking law that's illegal. Obama or lynch will do time. We're talking the biggest political scandal and way bigger then Watergate. Vault 7 clearly shows they spy on everybody at all times with or without fisa jackass. The entire democratic party is fucked with trumps wiretap claim and cia hacking tools. Shills won't be able to shill this shit. Only thing left will be assassination and even then they will lose. False flags won't save them either. We just knifed them in the jugular and we're currently watching you reach and grasp for life. This is what happens when you ally with Islam and breach are Intel agencies. You get purged.

LOOK TRUMP IS GUILTY EVEN THOUGH OUR BULLSHIT WAS REVERSED TO SHINE LIGHT ON OBAMA. IT COULD BE THAT THERE WAS A SPECIAL FISA REQUEST THAT'S ONLY USED ON REALLY BAD GUYS THAT CAN'T TELL US ABOUT BECAUSE TRUMP SUPPORTERS ARE TOO STUPID... FUCK YOU GUYS OUR NARRATIVE IS NOT COMPROMISED!!!

kys

>none of the sides provided real evidence yet
The former DNI has said there were no FISA warrants against either Trump or Trump tower at least 2 high ranking FBI officials have said that Comey has reached out to the Justice Department to strike down this claim. Also Obama and multiple former white house officials have said it's bullshit.

There are 7 people in positions to know whether or not Obama tapped Trump.

1. Obama
>denied it
2. Clapper (former DNI)
>denied it
3. Lynch (former AG)
4. Comey (head of the FBI)
>multiple sources claim he has denied it
5. Sessions (AG)
6. Dempsy (acting DNI)
7. Trump
>affirmed it with fuck all evidence

I'm not sure how many denials from who you need to prove a negative, but Trump is the boss of 3 of the people on that list and all 4 of them have put forward jack shit to prove the positive.

>Paul Ryan confirmed it
Actually he said he has seen no evidence to confirm there was no wiretap. You should probably google denying the antecedent, cause I fucking assure you Paul Ryan knows what that shit means.

tl;dr

>LOOK TRUMP IS GUILTY
I don't think Trump's guilty.

I think he's retarded.

ryan is defending trump ya jackass, he has an interest to keep him strong for this new healthcare deal.

comey straight up doesnt give a fuck, he told both obama and bush to go fuck themselves.

Im leaning towards him lying but Im giving him the benefit of the doubt.

congress and mr.iphone (((chaffetz))) not moving a finger to btfo the nigger commie is telling on its own.

most likely lying, ill keep an open mind though

The wiretap issued in October found nothing and they continued to spy illegally. They very much were spying on his phones. Lewdanksi claimed the conference calls were listened in on Obama. Fisa warrant was granted on false grounds showed up nothing continued to spy and literally was denied the first time because trumps name was in it. The only reason it got accepted the second time was because server pings from trump tower and a bank in Russia. Guess what dumbass that's against the 4th amendment even with a super secret fisa court and with all likelihood setup by McMullen or planted by cia because Hilary cited it before the election was over. Even with fisa you can't fucking spy on an opposite fucking campaign you fucking dunce that's why this was taken away from the president but he still spied on this fucker illegals and can play this plausible deniablity bulls hit cuz he's gonna throw lynch under the bus.

>Clapper
Confirmed liar throughout Snowden shenanigans senate hearings

probably in mlk's head.

FISA warrants are
A) legal and
B) not requested or approved by the President.

What's the point of this?

Evidence of what? Maybe they were talking about grandchildren and yoga.

youtube.com/watch?v=d69X20HhEQg

Obama's people have not denied the wiretapping, just that Obama didn't order it.

Right now, you have to parse what they say, very carefully. The Dems are in a minefield of their own creation, and they're picking their words VERY carefully.

The issue right now is not that it happened - even the MSM is accepting that it happened, they have to, they reported on it as far back as October. The issue is, who asked for it, and what was used to get the warrants - and how long the taps were conducted, ie. how long did they keep tapping his office, after they found no proof of collusion with the Russians?

Then, after that, it's what did the President know, and when did he know it. If he knew about wrongdoing and lawbreaking in this issue, and either encouraged it and/or failed to stop it, it could lead to some serious charges. It was enough to take Nixon down.

We won't hear of criminal investigations until they appoint a special prosecutor, and I doubt Sessions is ready for that, and won't even hint about it until it happens. Congress is starting the inquiry, which is the route to asking for a special prosecutor.

Strap in. This is gonna take a while. Watergate took 2 years to unfold. This is uncharted territory for everyone, and the Dems are playing dirty. This is just the beginning.

And while we're at it, monitoring a staffer's computer is not the same shit as tapping Trump's phone.

>Evidence of what?
Collusion with Russians
>Maybe they were talking about grandchildren and yoga.
Yes, that's what circumstantial means. If you'll recall she had to defer to the FBI's decision after that stunt.

Then why lie about the meetings under oath?

I'm glad you do and pray he is underestimated indefinitely.

>Obama's people have not denied the wiretapping,
Right, but Clapper has directly denied the wiretapping.

Nonsense. An investigation into an audit wouldn't require a warrant from the FISC court, using the FISA laws. Those laws and court are for overseeing foreign agents operating on US soil. If they were investigating an audit, the IRS would be doing it, they have their own investigative unit, the FBI wouldn't be involved - and the FBI can only go to the FISC when it's specifically about foreign agents in the US, and wiretapping them.

Educate yourself before posting.

>Watergate took 2 years to unfold.
Between Trump's tweets, Wikileaks dumps, and Sup Forums's weaponized autism, I'll give this until the end of the week to get sorted out

There is no evidence whatsoever that anything you posted happened.

Stop making shit up, this is serious enough without spastics like you muddying up the water more.

yep, he took the bait and the hook is set. That's why the retard loudmouth in chief is smug and silent. they will keep underestimating him and keep walking into pitfalls because liberals cornered the market in hubris.

>no proof
>all these connections
>drumpf trying to deflect with wild spergouts at 3 am
youtu.be/Jt_XpG5fw6YJt_XpG5fw6Y

if there wasnt anything sketchy going on, trump and his people would admit to the meetings and calls and own it like he did with other shit during the campaign. no, this is different

>An investigation into an audit wouldn't require a warrant from the FISC court, using the FISA laws
1. That reported warrant was not for Trump or his phones
2. Not all warrants are FISA warrants
3. The existence of that FISA warrant has been called into question

Even if you take the FISA reporting at face value it has fuck all to do with wiretapped phones unless you think they got an unreported 3rd warrant (which could have happened). He also could have been tapped illegally by private hires of Obama's or by literally any government body that can get a warrant investigating any crime he might have committed. Or he obviously could have not been wiretapped, but the FISA warrant still might exist which may have been pursued for political or legitimate reasons. Or even the FISA warrant might not exist and he needs to stop reading Breitbart. There is a lot of ways this shit can play out.

Of course, they're only pretending to be retarded.

Is Hillary locked up yet?
I've been waiting 4 years for Trump's evidence that Obama wasn't born in the US, when can we expect that?

Comey got Trump the presidency, so...

>liberals cornered the market in hubris.
Says the supporter of the guy that thinks he can run this country when he can't spell tap.

>no bro believe me, his investigators are hard at work
therightscoop.com/trump-my-people-in-hawaii-cant-believe-what-they-are-finding/

conned like suckers for five years

True but you know they did more then tap a staffers computer lol

>when can we expect that?
Right after that video those thousands and thousands of Jersey Muslims celebrating 9/11 surfaces and before those 3 million illegal voters are arrested and deported.

>True but you know they did more then tap a staffers computer lol
I know they illegally gathered intelligence they couldn't legally use in an operation that would definitely see a fuckton of oversight in the aftermath because it's a massive political football?

I don't know that the FBI is full of retards, no.

Doesn't change anything I wrote. Before this is over, a lot of people are going to say a lot of things, some will be true, some false. Some people might go to jail for lying under oath.

What Clapper is saying contradicts a LOT of people, so we'll see who's being honest.

Its also the "pick your words carefully" thing again, too. He said no taps against Trump. We haven't seen the case made to obtain the warrants, so we don't know why they happened, or what they claimed, to justify it. They may have made a case for a Trump underling, but abused the warrant to get Trump.

We'll see. I'm not putting all my eggs in one basket with a guy like Clapper.

What happened to Russia hacking the elections

where is the evidence behind that?

>What Clapper is saying contradicts a LOT of people
Actually, no, it doesn't. It contradicts a single anonymous source used by the BBC and Donald Trump's twitter.

Hillary is a bargaining chip you fucking dolt. Prosecuting her will wind up implicating obama and both his administrations. It would might just kill the body politic entirely. As bad as dems have brought it, there are line being drawn as to how far it will be allowed to go. Coming at sessions and Obama having Jarrett move in so he can coordinate the leave behind staff he infested washington with coupled with Lynch's "blood in the streets resistance" video got this shot across the bow.

Shit is dead serious and only shitfleck lib true believers are refusing to see it for what it is.

You don't know any more about it than I do, and your rage induced sputtering doesn't cover up that you were talking out of your ass.

You're making some pretty definitive statements about a subject the people involved don't even know.

But sure, i'll believe some user on Sup Forums.

Obama overseered it. He didn't order it but he let it happen. Does lynch take the fall? Somebody has to take the fall. The investigators or the people who signed off on it? The fact nothing showed up since October wiretap why even investigate for ties to Russia they didn't find shit.

There is none. It's all a distraction Drumpf cooked up to keep public attention away from Russia and all the horrible stuff he has been doing in office.

really? this is gold my fellow shitposters

Don't forget Flynn. Where was he when he was wiretapped? The Trump Tower.

>You're making some pretty definitive statements
Other than my comment that the reported warrant wasn't for Trump or his phones, which is a definitive statement because it is true. The rest of my post was just hypotheticals and possibilities.

I don't consider most of them likely. I was simply just illustrating my initial point that reducing this situation to 2 possible outcomes is retarded and overly reductive, which it is.

If you want the definitive statements of someone that doesn't know what they're talking about, I direct you to the post I was initially responding to
And you wish I was angry that Trump is acting like a retard.

Prosecuting her for what? How many times does the FBI have to tell you there's nothing to prosecute her for before you get the memo?

Calling the Russian ambassador. Who is obviously tapped.

>Where was he when he was wiretapped?
The question isn't where was he.
The question is where was the wiretap.
And the answer is on the Russian ambassador.

They also said there was no collusion between russia and the trump administration. Perhaps the Hillary is exonerated memo was behind that one.

>calling the russian ambassador five fucking times and excpecting not to be caught
what a bunch of fucking retards

Clapper also denied before Congress that the NSA was not spying on Americans and then was exposed by Snowden leaks.

Here's a newsflash for you son, every single one of those people you listed has something to gain by lying, including Trump.

Therefore, it is imperative we turn this over to an independent investigation conducted by the Justice Department but with Sessions recusing himself.

When was it illegal to call the Russian ambassador? If they talked about something bad wonder why no one has leaked it yet.

Is that an admission that the Hillary shit is nonsense or an admission that Trump admin not colluding with Russia is nonsense?

>Therefore, it is imperative we turn this over to an independent investigation conducted by the Justice Department but with Sessions recusing himself.
Or save the taxpayers some money and Congress some time by just having Sessions tell us if FISA ever issued shit against Trump.

Cause he can totally fucking do that.

We don't need Congress to investigate shit people ALREADY FUCKING KNOW

I would believe Sessions either way as long as he presented the declassified FISA warrant with an assertion that it did happen. He doesn't have any reason to go against Trump unless he's telling the truth.

It's illegal if they talked about sanctions. It's also illegal to lie about it under oath.

So, how do we know Flynn lied to Pence. It's not who he was talking to, it's how the press was informed on a private citizen, violating his 4th amendment rights and violating every safeguard put in place to prevent just such a thing from happening.

>When was it illegal to call the Russian ambassador?
late 1700s depending on what you discuss unless you're a sitting federal government official.

It's an admission that I find cherry picking only narratives that support your argument is fucking hilarious.

They would have leaked it during the election to keep him from getting elected. Hillary already would have been a much better puppet for them - criminal and compliant. In short, they don't have shit unless they manufacture it.

then why do they turn into hot messes when asked about it? if nothing happened, why not just admit it?

>No FISA orders
Well shit, Snowden proved you didn't need those anyway

So which is it? FBI was wrong about Hillary (on emails) and Trump (on Russia) being exhonorated or they were right?

What really happened is that they went for approval and were shut down. Over the next few months the admin worked with the media to create the Russia boogeyman. They let it fester and become a mainstream idea. The next visit to the FISA court was clouded by this because the judges surely heard about the Russia link. Plus FISA cannot be use to spy soley on an American, so the Russia story was used to justify the process. This was all made up fake news to trick the FISA court to approve since they were refusing to if it was Trump only.

What is telling is that the first refusal was just 1 of 22 ever issued out of something like 30,000.

Sentences are not paragraphs, redditor.

they are right when I like and wrong whem i like

Who cares about facts, its all about muh feefees and daddy trump!

>So, how do we know Flynn lied to Pence.
Reporting to that effect coming from Pence staffers that leaked to reporters that he was pissed about being lied to, but he was either fired for lying to Pence or fired for becoming a political liability cause Trump to this day says he was okay with him talking to the ambassador.

What does this have to do with anything?

>it's how the press was informed on a private citizen, violating his 4th amendment rights and violating every safeguard put in place to prevent just such a thing from happening.
I don't take much issue with leaks of minor bullshit used to take down a lying politician, but you are right that it's a major violation that the safeguards put in place to protect Americans accidentally caught up in wiretaps on foreign numbers weren't used to shield his identity before his conversations became pertinent to national media.

There being a FISA warrant against Trump would only prove a judge found enough to support the notion he was colluding with foreign powers to allow it. That doesn't help Trump.

Yeah just requested by an employee of the president under orders from the president...

Like that has ever worked.

>That doesn't help Trump.
It's an easier political football to manage than asserting wiretaps of an indeterminate nature without any proof of their existence.

Better the subject of an overzealous and politically motivated executive branch under Obama violating his privacy than a tinfoiler getting his briefings from the national enquirer.
