This is just another reason to structure your professional life to where you can work as an independent contractor who bills an hourly rate. You can decide for yourself how much vacation time you use. Your sick leave is determined by if you want to make money or not. Hire other independent contractors to do the things you're not good at such as accounting (unless of course you actually are an accountant). It's the only way to avoid the ever growing sjw tax on your wages taken by hr policies. Since companies are becoming less productive as they hire more deadweight to fill their diversity quotas, they have to turn to outsiders to do the actual work. Going on the pill is something women should consult the doctor about though (there are places where you can buy it over the counter, I think Hong Kong?), because there is a risk of blood clots if it runs in your family or if you smoke, and it can make depression worse if you are on a low-dose.
