I dont get federal employees actively undermining the efforts of their Boss, the President of the USA as he deicdes to try a new approach in relations with Russias elected President. But there is many proofs. The dossier, which Trump said was 100% fake, has had many components proven. From specific people, in specific places, at specific times, with specific conversations, to Russian officials being recalled at certain times for certain reasons.
This doesn't mean the dossier is 100% true of course, but when they're slowly piecing together truths from it, it's looking more and more like the document is accurate and that there's a massive scandal here.

But Trump is a liar because he used the out dated term 'wiretap', when in reality, every single call you make or email you send is recorded and stored indefinitely, and all they need is a warrant to listen/read them. Or, a single rogue employee could listen/read them illegally anyway.
