"Judge Rules You Can't Sue the NSA for Secretly Spying on You Unless You Prove You're Being Secretly Spied On"
-The CIA built most of their surveillance network by using Malware DLL injections and such, right?
-So it stands to reason that we should be able to isolate the malware DLL files that are associated with CIA surveillance, and then create a utility or map a procedure that will allow people to check their devices.
-Once they positively ID infected devices, they should gain the legal casus beli to participate in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against the CIA for illegal extra-judicial spying.
-The CIA built most of their network in a legally gray area with no legislation defining their power or authority to spy on us in the way that they are doing.
-????

Can any lawyer anons confirm or deny the theory here? This could be the next frontier in the memetic war. The PEOPLE'S COURT phase.
Literally no one on Sup Forums has the tech know-how to do any of this.
Nathaniel Gutierrez
>No one on Sup Forums Have you asked Sup Forums yet?
Ethan Murphy
Sup Forumss been all over this shit, I'd bring it to there attention
Christian Rodriguez
Pro Tip: Get yourself a kike lawyer and you're (((golden)))
Xavier Torres
It's a lot like a turducken. its a jews v dindu chimpout disguised as a CIA spy lawsuit disguised as a gigantic normie surveillance redpill wrapped in a CIA uses spy network to oppress black people on drug charges-ucken
Evan White
The trouble is identifying the malware. This needs to go further to wikileaks. We need hashes for the malware so we can start looking for it on our computers.
Someone make a Sup Forums thread about this?
Adam Thomas
Somebody is currently making a Sup Forums thread about this. When user's done, can you please link to the thread?
Isaiah Jenkins
There's definitely anons on there that can find the hashes, but the problem now is that most CIA threads are getting slid and there's a fuckton of shills on Sup Forums right now, well at least last night
Jonathan Kelly
Heh the days of delivery hijacking is over for the three letter agencies. They hack your firmware/drives/MB/CPU/etc directly. What they can't get there, they hack/bribe/bully companies to comply. It is out of control.
Evan Myers
Here, I went and did it really quickly just to make sure it got done:
Dominic Lee
I screen-capped this already, definitely liable to be shut down by some shill Mod.
God speed to this thread.
Evan Richardson
DANG IT. I JUST POSTED THIS
Elijah Sanchez

Jayden Johnson
So is the CIA collecting shit from everyone or is tha vault 7 shit just methods they use to do targeted attacks?
Brayden Wood
I didn't even know somebody already posted a thread yet.

It's "targeted" iirc 20,000+ infected machines in the US alone.
Ryder Bennett
Do you seriously need to ask this question?
Christopher Jackson
Even if you do isolate the specific .dll, you can't prove the CIA is the one that put it in there.
Unless your computer is sending traffic to the CIA servers. Which I don't know how would you prove, even if you have the IP.
Put that . in there because post wasn't loading and wondering if google has a filter (halting on a google transfer)
William Ross
and it does seem that the dot made the difference.
fucking google and their jewish tricks
Jeremiah Jenkins
I mean
>be me >see my computer sending traffic to a random IP in Virginia >come in front of federal judge: "CIA IS SPYING ON ME REEEEE" >Judge: "Do you have any proof, the IP address is associated with the CIA" > "NO BUT I THINK IT IS" >Judge: "The fuck do you think this is? A FISA court? Motion denied."
Robert Collins
HOLY SHIT
AHHAHAHA
THIS IS AWESOME
Robert Rogers
Not sure if these help but it's a copypasta I saved from yesterday.

All of these Windows updates are in the Wikileaks dump.
Is it possible that these are updates that install automatically on most Windows machines, are compromised with backdoors?

Can we also sue NVIDIA again for this? Srsly, I want more than 30bux for this POS.
Charles Sanders
This is fucking hilarious. Bump Hope it actually works
>Not reading my post holy shit. I already said 30bux wasn't sufficient.
Carter Morgan
i have an idea, we build stand alone machines, purposely infect them with CIA malware, then sue them for spying on our stand alone machine.... just buy a used laptop or something and not let it on your network, go to a public network and infect it, then you are technically being spied upon
Luis Turner
>Also posting information that isn't useful anymore. And the timeframe to submit a claim already expired.
Owen Gomez
I could probably do this and I am one shitty hacker
