Many self proclaimed jews are jews of the cultural and religious type, exterminating the race does not solve that problem, but it does create martyrs and that leads to sympathizers who would otherwise not take notice. Were they placed in an isolated wilderness that was quarantined without the benefits of human technology, they would no longer be an immediate threat and more likely than not they would adapt their own culture or die out.
