The old AIM-54 Phoenix missile theoretically has the range and payload to shoot down a satellite, especially one placed into LEO (low Earth orbit.) Let's go over the steps to obtaining one, and the problems therein.
1. Obtaining: The AIM-54 was decommissioned from US usage at the same time the F-14 was. Furthermore, the F-14 was the only US platform rated to carry said missile. A bare handful of both missile and carrier were sold to the Iranian Air Force a few months before the coup in 1979. Renting one in the name of humiliating an American degenerate shouldn't be that difficult, but would be VERY expensive.
2. Reliability. Most of the IRIAF F-14s have been cannibalized to keep a few in the air, mainly as AEW platforms. The bigger problem is the solid propellant in the missile itself. The propellant cracks over time and any missiles still in IRIAF stocks will have a 60% failure rate. Any missile will need a replacement propellant. This is the big problem.
3. Payload. 90% of the explosive payload can be removed and replaced with a simple fragmentation loadout. This will do the job while saving weight and increasing range. The satellite isn't exactly maneuvering.

Airframe time would be (relatively) inexpensive, call it low-to-mid 5 digits. (Yes, that is inexpensive for what we're talking about.) Total mission time would be on the order of minutes-- one airframe, minimum fuel, a single hardpoint. Ballistic air launch is nothing new, it's been proven with the ASM-135 for decades.
The costs come in with making introductions, greasing palms, setting up the mission, modifications to the payload. I'm not counting the costs of calculating the intercept; our autists will do that /forfree/. Absolute minimum estimate is in the low seven digits to pull this off.
