Agreed, I think a labor system is the first that needs to be done. We can probably buy some large mobile homes and get them shipped to the island for shelter. Later we can build cabins out of all the wood. That will help clear some land for cattle or goats. I help raise animals before, so I can help with that. If we keep our profile low, we can worry about security later. But the first thing we must do is build a community that can live. I do think that we can make money on the island if we do something like bitcoin mining. If we invest in a few satellite dishes for internet, and a server farm.
