its very easy, all you do is tell OP where you want to go. The last number in your thread number counts as your role. It varies from map to map but that roll equals the amount of territiories you gain, if you have extra territorry grabs after conquering a whole nation you can use the extra to spill into a nation next to it. controlling whole provinces gives you a bonus. thats just the basic stuff you need to know
Then there's no point. I'd rather have someone new join so that the game can enters its final phase. If you take over Russia it's just blocking that player and making you an impossible juggernaut to ever defeat all the same.
