Why are so many of our fellow Libertarians pro-open borders and pro-multiculturalism and pro-multiethnicity? They seem indistinguishable from Leftists to me, especially the Reddit Libertarians.

They object when I advocate for an ethnically homogenous Ireland where the citizens have maximum individual and economic freedoms. Why is that?

They're leftist libertarians.

Daily reminder that Hoppe is the final stage of red pill.

Socialism is a pyramid scheme.

Views on race do not dictate political wing even though pol is mostly a race centered board.

No shit. They all collapse or go back to capitalism.

Quick rundown on why Hoppe Libertarianism is different from "muh weed" no borders, socially progressive, Austin Peterson Libertarianism?

Abolish all taxes!

Gay marriage is retarded.

How do you handle the argument about the poor people in Africa and Asia that work in sweashops that we appearantly are obliged to help? I can do the economical reasoning for why sweatshops are better than them being on their own. But is there a way to explain why they shouldn't magically be given loads of money and non-sweatshop work opportunities without having to go in and debunk positive rights/freedoms?

To clarify. I could explain it to a libertarian or a marxist but not to a social democrat. Any advice?

Tricky. I suppose you could argue about foreign aid being shit.

The simple fact these jobs pay more than the alternative: Subsistence agriculture

Yes of course. That's a good and very simple economical and praxelogical agreement. A trade is done because both parties experience being satisifed. But it's very hard (maybe a lost cause) to try to convince statists that misery being preferable to death is enough of an argument for sweatshops.

Reporting in for life, liberty, and property.
Fuck the EUSSR and may the bureaucrats hang high.

Because they're
A) Marxist subverters
B) potheads who like falling for memes

Because degenerate junkies devalue property around them, they deserve to be kicked out. Rothbard was also a fan of this, but Hoppe was the one who got really famous because of it.

It certainly is a lost cause for some, but it is a reality which happened for china, for example. Agriculture, especially in less developed countries is more labour intensive for less monetary gain. They really are better off working a factory than that.

argument* Sorry I'm getting tired.

It's not like sweatshops last forever, either. My understanding is limited, but weren't countries like Japan and South Korea sweatshop-filled countries decades ago? Now they're highly developed. Same thing's happening in China, just on a very uneven scale and under an oppressive regime.

China is facing Japan's problem already in their case, China's one child policy has caused a demographic crisis in waiting. An overabundance of boys and not nearly enough people compared to their aging population. However by the time it may be an issue, they may have completed the shift to a service-driven industry driven by increasing automation as the west is now. China is transitioning to a more Service driven economy right now.
