Now, it's embedded to deep in our cultures and there is nothing wrong with that. Binge drinking is gross but there is nothing wrong with using a couple of drinks as social lubricant, especially in northern Europe where people are all introverts.

3 weeks without alcohol, before that drunk several times in a week. Feels good and I don't even feel like drinking at all. I guess the warm spring sun lifted my mood, it's definitely true that if you are happy and have enough things to do, you don't waste a weekend being drunk.
