I wish, but the real problem is that majority of chinese immigrants here stock together and don't socialize much with natives either, except few isolated cases. For example, there's a famous chinese restaurant in my town, it' has been around for 20 years or more, while the owner is sociable and can speak fluent italian, it cannot be said the same for the workers, they mostly only understands names of dishes and work-related things, a waiter tried to talk with me once when I visited the restaurant in off-work hours to reserve a table for dinner, he couldn't even come up with a sentence that made sense in italian, he looked like a good person but the language barrier is just too high, they cannot socialize well even if they want to.
This is a suggested solution mostly geared toward North America. Southern Europe A)doesn't need to go this extreme and B) doesn't have that many Asians in it.
