Oddly enough, the decline of religion and the uprising of popculture walks hand in hand...
With all the hate everyone has for the ancient past and their brutal methods of handling themselves...
We have to admit that their view upon relationship was extremely non-free...
Marriage in ancient times, meant commitment for life... There was no easy way out, and it was not between 2 people.
It used to be between 2 families... Which means, it held a massive amount of weight.
If a female was not to be trusted, she was stoned to death.
The issue is that it didn't go both ways it seems...
So, when ancient values are replaced by temporary fanaticism... And the intense globalization of everything, we end up with people no longer respecting their families, neither their bloodlines...
Therefor, they don't mind going nuts, abandoning each other, and just following whatever nonsense modern society has to offer them.
What we see around us, is this odd contrast of massive primitive needs being endorsed by extremely developed technology and system...
It's easiest to market thing according to the most depraved desires of society...
Sex, food, violence alcohol and other shit, sells extremely well... Hence why, you see so much of it.
Everyone has extensive access to those depraved desires...
Still, a solution might oddly enough be coming from extreme exposure to mass sex violence and others...
Some people develop a natural distaste of it...
Kinda like a form of unwillingly turning into a monk, simply due to just getting sick of it.
Consider our primitive needs to be like a plague that is being given the freedom to just spread everywhere and control the masses...
The solution, is to get sick of it.
Oddly enough, Sup Forums is most likely to produce people that just don't really care about any of it anymore, only due to just seeing so much of it that it starts to lose it's meaning.
