Every time I read a story like this, at some point social workers were investigating or somewhat aware of the situation but did nothing to prevent it. Is there some kind of systematic issue with child protective services and social workers I'm not aware of?
Ive noticed a pattern with these stories if a young person is attractive and their parents are ugly pieces of deadbeat shit it always equals abuse.
