A female character that doesn't need to verbally confirm how strong she is.
A female character that does what she can within the limits of her physical body and mental faculties.

You know, the same things that make a strong male character.
But that isn't the message this trailer gives. The message it gives amounts to "Girls rule and boys drool. We're Transformers now, fuckboys."
