What is needed is the re-emergence of an English national identity, which has been suppressed and subsumed into a greater British identity for a long time.
Part of this re-emergence will involve a racial awakening and the formation of a communal racial consciousness. Once the English identity becomes clearer, naturally it will follow that people will begin to see what is not English and not part of English national identity.
