What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:

Hitler did more with what he had, and was far more efficient. Stalin was your typical dictator, throwing men into the meat grinder until the enemy died or the infrastructure was built. Hitler greatly improved his economy. Stalin starved his own people and was unable to properly focus on more than a couple projects at a time.
