After reading the court papers I can't help but feel some sympathy for the guy. Apparently it was the day of his mother's funeral, and he had his family over. Just after 9 PM the neighbors complained about the sound. He went over there and one of them told him that "in sweden we go to bed at 9PM". They complained once again and he attempted to get the person owning the apartment to tell them that people are allowed to have gatherings in their own homes. Instead, they called the police on him who promptly arrested him.
