Nah, this stream is literally just standard NK TV. They play movies and stuff, but I haven't seen any sports. If you mean MMS streams in general, I'm sure you can find streams of nearly everything. Never looked too much into it myself, I generally have just been using VLC for this one.

I think they actually have 5 TV stations. This one is KCTV. To my understanding, NK is extremely nice to live in if you're one of their propaganda puppets in Pyongyang. You literally get paid to live a comfy life for the sake of showing the rest of the world that NK is Best Korea.

Yeah, the propaganda puppets are basically given a bubble world to live in where they don't really interact with anybody else. All of the media is catered toward them and generally the government and police attempt to keep the poor majority out of sight to prevent any political/ideological dissonance. It's a very fabricated reality, but I guess if you're part of the favored you may as well suck it up because it's not that bad for you and it couldn't get any better.
I haven't seen any other channels posted here so not sure about whether or not they exist. Also, I only tend to tune in when these threads pop up so I couldn't tell you about the hours. As you can tell by the quality of the picture, NK media technology has barely made it out of the 80s. Due to issues with providing an adequate power supply to the country and frequent blackouts I would not expect these networks to run 24 hours a day. They're likely only available during the hours when most people would be available to watch TV.
As you can tell by my flag, I can't say I know that 100% of all of this is true. I've done some research into the country and have a friend who has actually been to NK for one of their "tours" and most of my knowledge is based on this.
