Anons can post whatever they want as long as its somehow related to politics. Therefore, a communism general is completely within the guidelines and allowed. It's not "spamming" since it's a general (a "general thread" is used to contain discussion of a large topic into one thread). It doesn't matter whether the posters inside of it break rules (using a lot of animu reaction images is allowed btw, this is an anime imageboard), as long as the thread has something to do with politics its allowed.
