I'll let's Varg explain

youtu.be/v5j1gA50QXE
It's idiotic, I'll let's Varg explain

Most vegans seem to be major homos, but I think it's not unreasonable. It takes planning and knowledge to pull off correctly.

If you read a few books on anatomy & physiology and basic biochemistry to get the basic gestalt down, you could plan out a proper and well rounded diet, but most vegans fuck this up and end up eating a lot of rice and processed foods because it's convenient.

I'm mostly vegan but will eat venison I've hunted once a month as a treat.

Lucky as fuck to live near a lot of farmers markets to get nutrient dense foods to eat at a reasonable price.

this is actually not true. I've been vegan for a long time, and we get b12 from root plants; no supplements necessary

youtube.com/watch?v=z0O_VYcsIk8

very un-American. if you do not eat a cheeseburger at the very least once per month you can not call yourself an American.

>vegans are libtards

not true
life-long vegans are mostly normie looking people. If libtards were vegan, laws would be vegan by now

Conservatives are more likely to be vegans than libtards

its alright. its better to snack on goji berries than dorritos. More beneficial to drink coconut milk than standard dairy. On the other hand though you really need to be know what your doing with vegan foods.

Veganism is obsolete and inefficient to the body.

>If libtards were vegan, laws would be vegan by now
kek, i actually agree

nice source

which root plants do you get b12 from?

You can also get b12 from bacterial colonies if you breed b12 rich kombucha mothers.

did some googling to avoid talking out my ass, and actually found there were even more plants that can provide b12 then i initially thought

veganhealth.org/b12/plant

eating a vegan
i had one and she was fine
taste a little like seaweed down there if you know what im sayin

how about a science based source to avoid any bias?

I'll admit that too much meat is terrible for your body, but I won't commit myself to anything.

vegetarian master race reporting

eggs are one of the single best foods you can eat provided you don't cook the yolk through all the way

supports brain and heart health and testosterone is 95% by weight cholesterol

It's okay, just don't push it like a crazy stupid faggot

>veganhealth.org/b12/plant

did you even read the site you sourced? It reads "But unless these foods are shown consistently to correct B12 deficiency, vegans should not rely on them for vitamin B12."
and
"It cannot be emphasized enough that until a particular food, obtained from multiple regions, consistently improves vitamin B12 status (by lowering MMA levels), it should not be relied upon as a source of vitamin B12."

I'm not a vegan but I support those who are.

I fucking hate varg such a pseudo intellectual edgelord

>How does Sup Forums feel about eating a vegan diet
Hope you like chugging down supplements by big pharma everyday; go vegetarian instead so you can still eat ice cream, cake, and pizza on the side.

he's living the NEET dream and gets to run around with his kids in the woods and play-fight with wooden weapons and collect government money while playing rpgs all day

Cultured meat is the solution!
youtube.com/watch?v=b5ezRx23EMg

haha shit i dont know how i missed that. I did find this though. and i get that its more plentiful in an omnivorous diet, but a plant based diet can still get a person b12, me and my family are evidence. thats only anecdotal tho, and I cant prove my point imperially

beyondveg.com/billings-t/comp-anat/comp-anat-7d.shtml

thats really fucking cool, but doesnt address any of the health reasons most people go vegan

that I don't care about at all, ride that train until the wheels come off because they're about to

it's just his no nothing uneducated (not schooled) cockiness, I am sickened by those spewing forth half truths and euphemisms

this also seems to have some interesting info, but you could make the very fair point that it may be brutally biased

wholevegan.com/vitamin_b12.html#Where is Vitamin B12 in Foods

>not about vegans in general, i get that they are mostly libtards

You'd be surprised. Check out Cory McCarthy, Ask Yourself, Tara McCarthy (Realitycalls), Vegan Gains

I'm eating some Lamb Chops tomorrow.

Veganism will not be a majority food/lifestyle choice in the west while capitalism exists
Thank fuck for capitalism

Basically, yeah. Leftism is an ideology founded in selfishness. Veganism is founded in altruism. The idea that veganism intersects with leftism in any way reflects a lack of understanding of both ideologies.

Want to hear some real, visceral hatred (that rivals Sup Forums's hatred of the Jews)? Ask a socialist what they think about animal rights.

Nice, Candida albicans infested guts for free.

Eating meat and fish is fine
Eating a lot of vegetables and fruits is fine
Eating bread, sugar, and dairy is LITERALLY CANCER

Actually, capitalism has done more to spread veganism than every animal rights protest combined for the last 100 years.
Thank fuck for capitalism.

>more to spread veganism than every animal rights protest combined for the last 100 years
am intrigued, would you happen to have a source? or is this just guesstimation

Capitalism will continue to provide access to quality meats at reasonable prices during times n which I cannot kill shit for myself.
Sorry, I will never become vegan.

>Leftism is an ideology founded in selfishness. Ask a socialist what they think about animal rights.
What strange postulations. Can you elaborate on what led you to these conclusions regarding Liberals and animal rights?

i dont disagree with any of this, and i think it would be totally wrong to force people to go vegan, i just think that it make a lot of sense and more and more people are starting to see it as a viable/health lifestyle

A vegan diet doesn't give you all the right nutrients, and humans evolved to be hunters and gatherers, not just hunters, so eating meat is natural.

That said, the treatment of animals in the food production industry is deplorable, so I understand why vegans are doing it.

Animal welfare is extremely important and a measure of how civilized a society is. Reminder that the Nazis were among the first to introduce animal welfare laws. Reminder that shitskins hate animals, but white man has always had a kinship with them. We need to be taking care of our animals, even our livestock. Raising an animal for food should never mean raising it in a box with no light, no space to move or even turn around, and no waste removal. Torture is not agriculture. It is possible to eat meat in a humane and moral way, and that's what we should be doing.

Even this veg leaning sight says "you MAY absorb b12 from the soil". As in not for sure. Additionally the numbers of mg you would get from absorbing b12 in the soil is not enough.

You said originally "we get b12 from root plants, no supplement necessary". I want to know what those roots are. Can you answer that?

>fungal and bacterial overgrowth in the intestines
most people are more concerned with clogged arteries and cancer

potatoes mostly, if you leave the skin on

lists some stuff

gaizupath.com/vitamin-b12-foods/

It's a VERY confident estimate. Look at the expansion of vegan products in stores and media popularity over the last five years.

Why are you apologizing to me? If you're going to apologize, apologize to your victims.

Well, "Leftism is an ideology founded in selfishness" is pretty self-evident. As for leftists' views on animal rights, it comes from experience talking to leftists. They're so obsessed with self-victimization, when you point out actual victims (be it slaughterhouse animals or starving rural villagers), they can't handle it.

I couldn't be a vegan. It doesn't taste good enough.

Sorry, potatoes still do not provide enough b-12. Took me 2 minutes to verify. I'm not even against the vegan diet because I mostly don't give a shit what people do but I do care about misinformation. I understand by your comments that it is the lifestyle of your family so maybe your parents are misinformed and that is where you get your facts from, but I urge you to do your own research and void all sites that have a vegan or carnivore agenda as this may lead to a bias narrative. Find science based studies and facts.

If not you can at least do everyone a favor and not speak with such confidence on something you don't know in fact to be true.

yeah, but meat isn't the principal factor for those conditions, refined sugars, refined flour and dairy are.

too much coke in the diet, empy calories, and a lot of trash food, cakes, cookies, educolorated juices etc.

dairy is specially dangerous

>refined flour
does this mean white flour? does this mean whole grain flour is okay?

I've been a vegetarian since I was 11 and honestly I regret it since now I'm skinny as fuck, if you're going to limit your diet so dramatically you best take it real serious and learn how to properly augment it so you don't end up a shoah victim like me

i will differently do more research, this conversation has showen me that as far as b12 goes, i dont know as much as i thought i did

>is pretty self-evident.
It's not, but the second explanation summarizes your perspective.

havent had meat in over 15 years, and have had no problem putting on muscle personally; just eat A LOT
