We should see if we can get people to start demanding cars have a cowcatcher in the front, or some similar thing so that people roll over the top of a car they're hit by instead of being knocked over or brought under the wheels.
Clearly this is an absurd about of power. All new cars should be regulated to no more than 3 cylinders and have comfy padding around their bodies. Less powerful cars will also be good for the environment. Win win!
