Single-payer healthcare tends to work out fine in white societies. It's just untenable in societies that have niggers as a fixture and shovel in fucktons of other brown people annually. You can't have a class that contributes nothing to a healthcare system but still gets to make use of it.
I can't recommend an alternative. I don't think there's anything we can do at this point. It's really pointless to try until we actually make substantial progress in curbing illegal immigration. We're pretty much fucked for the duration of our lifetimes and probably into perpetuity.
