None. Oklahoma City was a direct response to the increased aggression of the ATF under Clinton. Part of why the federal government hasn't been serious about gun control since the early 90s is that its difficult to control for well connected white guys willing to go to prison.
The federal government bled on April 19th, they're unwilling to risk that again.

This is a very interesting documentary. Mcveigh had apparently left the military two years prior to being seen on one of the bases in combats. The base was often used for ordinance/explosives training. The footage is in the doc.
