That sounds like they don't think you're "one of the boys" who will fit into the Army lifestyle to me. My father used to run OSBs (which is what comes after the DFR psych and interview) and basically that kind of rejection is basically just that they don't think you'll fit in properly. Which tbqh isn't a huge stretch if you're frogposting on Sup Forums - no offence.
My advice would be to try and get some Army-friendly social activities on your resume (sports, cars, anything outdoorsy but social) - and especially try and get leadership positions in them if you want to be an Officer. They shouldn't be saying you lack "real life experience" at 25, though, so if you get that again something is definitely up.
