Serfs of the state - Biometric Database Edition

continuation of >SLAVE TAGS

The Biometric Database Law goes into effect on July 3 in Israel (keep reading, user). This law obligates all the citizens to obtain and to carry the biometric ID cards that will contain not only the holder's name, age and photo (like an ordinary passport does), but are also designed to encode fingertips and facial profile. By now, the Israeli citizens are obligated to submit the face prints and are also pushed to voluntarily give their fingertips.

> BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU

The worrisome part of this innovation is that all the holder's information will be stored in the national biometric database, not on the card itself, like in other countries with a similar identification system. The problem with the consolidated database is not only a risk of it being hacked, leaked or illegally exploited in some other way.
Israeli police officers will be authorized to access the database to identify a person not carrying the ID card and they will also be able to copy and save this data into their personal gadgets.
At this point, the potential for misuse and mishandling of personal information becomes enourmous.
Moreover, the consolidated database potentially enables the authorities to collect information on the citizens every time they use the ID card.

>FOLLOW THE MONEY

According to a number of journalists and activists, the expansion of the ID card system seems to be pushed primarily by Hewlett Packard which has been working with the Israeli government on the matters of biometric databases since the 90s.
The next step will be to export this technology to other countries.
That's why this law must be of concern to us all.

>that no man might buy or sell unless he had the number of the beast, or his name, on his right hand or forehead.

It's literally happening.

Yeah, it will be easier to collect information on a citizen in allegedly democratic system than in fucking USSR and DDR

Bump

We need a meme war

We have to agitate for religious exception. There will not be a "logical" way out (since "logical" is defined by the ruling technocracy as submission to them).

I'm just glad we aren't the test runs for this things anymore.

And that's true we have to advocate for religious exceptions, really hard because it's the only non anarcho primitivist way to refuse it.

>ID cards people

the jews are jewing themselves

Hopefully religious exceptions will be a thing. If not ------------> innawoods we go.

You know they said the same thing about credit cards?

Revelations is schizo bullshit user. Remember: the bible was compiled by priests who burned what scripture they didn't like. The only parts which really matter are Jesus's teachings.

I have some really nice land in Chiloe.

well, how reliogious exception from, say, Obamacare helps the general public? I'm going to collect more information on this topic and have already some ideas: id cards enforce apartheid (they did in Israel), your name can be easily removed from the database (like Leo in The Departed), making you a non-citizen, spying on citizen becomes easier than in DDR and so on. But we need more ideas and humor.

>You know they said the same thing about credit cards?
>t. Satan

Because credit cards ARE part of the progression, just like what we're seeing today is.

Anything besides cash/coins, which were used for millennia, should be considered a deviation and part of the plot towards complete economic control and oversight.

The contest between spirits doesn't work on a human timescale, user. Multiple generations, and the lifetimes of thousands of men, may be like one 5 minute boxing match to them.

Don't be so small-minded as to think everything that's happening will reveal itself or be relevant to YOUR lifetime.

It's HP (Indians/whites/niggers on the board of directors) who jewed the Jews

BUMP WTF

The difference is that credit cards aren't a mark on your hand or forehead.

Most modern Christians are expecting something like RFID implants. Anything that we'll be required to wear or have implanted could qualify.

Though I wonder what would happen if it was put in the right hand or some other spot.

You don't understand, this is about law, and Russians and Chinese have no concept of law. The entirety of their legal philosophies is that the State is God. Our only hope of fighting this -- which by the way means it might not work -- is to appeal to a concept that exists in English Common Law tradition, where the State does not consider itself to be all-powerful and recognizes already existing barriers. Obamacare is Chinese law, nakedly anti-Constitutional, and enjoying no continuity whatsoever with American law. It came from all-knowing leftists who think that the law, logic itself, and their will, are all one thing. It will be the same with this. No logical objection will be seriously consisered. The major media will push this relentlessly. Only religious exception has any hope of standing up to this.

Credit cards were a simple disaster when they were widely implemented in the Seventies. There were many serious arguments to get rid of them. The industry ploughed on through all the fraud and debt for some reason.

At first, only Palestinians were required to obtain and carry the ID cards which restricted where Palestinians can live, barred them from enterring certain territories. Effectively the ID cards enforced apartheid in Israel.

Obamacare cames from Hillary Clinton proposed healthcare reform and it has it's roots in Keynesianism.

It failed miserably, but those are the basis.

One... step.... closer....

This is incoherent. By Keynesianism are you counting all government intervention in markets? The Constitution is extremely clear about the government's ability to force people to buy things from the government's pal Shifty. It says no. That's not Keynesianism, that's a third world style cartel. Our Supreme Court caved because of blackmail.

> appeal to a concept that exists in English Common Law tradition
Good idea! Do it!
HP will defenitely lobby in favour of such a law in your country and mine after they finish with Israel. Considering the need in voter IDs in the US and Trump clearly prioratizing safety over liberty, the chances are that the law will be passed. So, let's start resisiting now.
>Obamacare is Chinese law, nakedly anti-Constitutional
And still you have it and can't repeal
> No logical objection will be seriously consisered
I'm ready to use fear, humor, satire, poetry...anything. I don't want to pass this kind of serfdom on to the next generations

It was supossed to be an american version of welfare states healthcare, don't blame me, that's how it was advertised.

In practice it's more similar to our Isapre system that's unapologetically private.
