Chinese will butcher live animals normally kept as pets, leave infants to die in the streets, and shit and piss on sidewalks.
On the other hand Japanese will celebrate Christmas, value cute animals, and carry out tasks with honour and soul.

That said, didn't we just have a report out of Japan of a shocking number of moms getting frisky with their sons, something about study-rewards and girlfriend-training? They're certainly not a perfect culture but I'd still take them over the Chinese any day of the week.
