Most problems in the developed world have only one single reason: PEOPLE LACK PAIN. Japan: Hikikomori in the millions US/EU: Feminism, fatactivism, transactivism, millenieals, soft and childish men, obesity, internet and porn and video game addiction
People have it too good. Having it too good leads to decadence. Decadence leads to personal and societal destruction.
Only cure: We need to inflict more pain.
We in the West+Japan live in lands where milk and honey flows, with no real problems. We cannot concentrate anymore because we are addicted to pleasures like porn and entertainment. We cannot function physically anymore because we are addicted to overeating and get obese.
WE NEED THE LASH TO BE MERCILESS LASHED AGAIN BY PAIN.
ETERNAL PLEASURE BY ECONOMIC SUCCESS LEADS TO SELF-DESTRUCTION.
WE NEED TO IMPLEMENT AN ARTIFICIAL ELEMENT OF THREAT, FEAR AND PAIN INTO SOCIETY, SO THAT PEOPLE HAVE A MEANING AND PURPOSE IN LIFE AGAIN.
The constant overfeeding with pleasure (food, entertainment, sex) destroys most people in one form or another.

>PEOPLE LACK PAIN.
It's not pain, simply collective hardship. The threat of war and extinction made civilization thrive. Man is a gazelle, it only runs when threatened by the lion.
We can only remake ourselfs through suffering because we are marble and sculptor at the same time. The bigger the happening, the brighter the future (certainly if nukes are involved kek)

Meme aside, that's the typical mindset of the 20ish (or younger) "know-it-tall" entitled asshole who wish for a "good old fashion war" and shit its pants when they actually have to fight.
You have to wonder about the goals of a country, is it to be the most powerful ? Is it to be the most productive ? Or is it to make its people happy ?
It's the same about you and your life, what exactly do you want ? What "decadence" exactly is ? If you expect to get into heaven and live like a monk or a spartan, it might be a problem but if you just want to enjoy life, you might like the freedom.

I agree fully. I see it everyday, the lack of care, the mindlessness and the chill. You see the issue with the redpill isn't just opening your eyes, it is having to constantly choose truth and logic over feelings, even heartbreaking ones. The weƱfare state breeds weakness. When you know you don't have to work in order to have access to healthcare, you worry less about having to work. When you know you and your family will be provided by the state, you worry less about needing work. When you know having a child out of wedlock doesn't matter, for the state will provide, you care less about whoring around. When you know the state will give you back your savings, you care less about falling into economic trickery. When you know you have a net underneath, you care less about falling. Welfare is that net. Welfare is what keeps people from working hard, from knowing their priorities, their duties; because they know, they know they dont have to fight in order to survive.

it's true, really. life is so easy, so painless, that people can't think it's real, so they start to hallucinate. discipline is how we deal with hard times, and so, there's really no reason at all to be disciplined. but, of course... we'll make hard times come again by being idiots, and then we'll re-learn truth and discipline. only when it's finally necessary.

No m80, we are the apex predator, but we've domesticated ourselves. We've convinced ourselves that we are not part of the natural world, when we are. We need to step a foot back into the wild, while remaining cognizant of our role in the natural world.

The abundance of material wealth in the West has disincentivized people from being socially cohesive. You can get by pretty well in the West without having any emotional investment in other people. Materialism has become god. This is turn leads to little shits that think life is all about 'me' and 'muh personal suffering'. This lack of social cohesion leads the decay of social standards and manifests in inevitable descent to degeneracy (divorce, drug-addiction, special snowflake syndrome, depression etc). Humans are wired to find great meaning in having strong social bonds, but with materialism, we lose sight of this and fall into the great abyss.
Samuel Allen
Misery and fear of failure is what drives us to dream and achieve greatness, not just individually but as a society. In the past we wanted the world to be better, so we focused on technology, arts, etc.
Now everything is enjoyable and there is no fear of failure, so there is no reason to try. That's why we let hordes of third worlders in, we think there is limitless supplies and if they experience this bliss, they will be chill too. This is going hilariously wrong as fucking Islam and tribal civil conflict is the future.
You don't appreciate what is easily obtained.

feelings can be true or false as well. true feelings are better than false logic. there are plenty of people who see the truth about things simply because they feel right and wrong. they see liberals doing retarded things, and they might not have statistics or science to prove that it's wrong, but they feel that it's wrong and they know their feeling about it is right.
logic is just one way of grasping the world and not always the best way. it is, after all, an invention of the mind, and the mind had to know what was true and false already in order to invent it. truth can be perceived directly; it is not because of flawed methods or flawed logic and evidence and science that the leftists and lunatics are wrong - they are wrong simply because they did not desire to be right.
