One more question: there's a rule that says you can't be in more than 3 countries at a time. What happens if a superpower that owns, say, 8 countries, loses a few territories in 5 countries at once.

Does this mean they aren't allowed to invade new territories until those other countries are resolved? Also are they allowed to regain the lost territory in those countries?

That doesn't happen often. If it does, chances are you'll roll to push back the invader.

This should probably never happen because no-one can invade him on 3 countries. Unless he is invaded on two fronts, in that casehe will probably only be able to roll to take them back.
Still i doubt a situation like this would ever happen.
