You claim that globally violence and crime have been dropping, which has allegedly been since the late 80s/early 90s. The only argument I can see you implying here is that we should somehow therefore ignore violence or ignore a particularly violent group of people, which isn't at all justified by falling crime rate.

How much crime is unreported? The police in Thames Valley are useless. In the past 10 years I've had my bike stolen, my property has been vandalised 3 times and I've been robbed at knifepoint. No one has been caught; only the armed robbery was investigated. Nobody in my neighbourhood bothers to report crime. Why spend half a day giving statements.
Leaving aside your smarmy attitude, the decline in crime is quite interesting. There's a few possibilities, all are probably some component of the truth. I'll speak about the USA because thats what I researched; it has nothing to do with muslims one way or another because there are very few muslims in the USA.

Its a little more complicated than "we suck, the 70s-90s sucked even more, the 50s-60s were awesome", because the 50s and 60s were perhaps unusually crime-free.
As for the situation in Europe with Islam, I was under the impression they did not report crime by race/ethnicity, plus tracking crime in areas where police don't regularly go is unreliable. SO I cant comment on whether the right is being unreasonably alarmist or not, but when a government refuses to track the stats by race it comes across as awfully suspicious. Given that they covered up Rotherham for so long I have no doubt some bullshitting is going on
