I'm not aware of any challenge issued to Sowell by Rushton but if they did debate, Sowell would annihilate him. For fuck sake, Rushton believed dick size correlated with IQ, he was pure pseudo science.
Now, i'm aware that Sowell and Arthur Jensen were suppose to debate at some point but it never materialized. Later on, Thomas Sowell's research backers told him to stop doing anymore research on IQ so he backed off the subject to focus on his other projects, but, he was never afraid to debate anyone on the topic, or did he evade ppl like Rushton.
