We were TERRIFIED of Sanders winning the primaries, that was like my biggest fear. The second she won the nomination I knew it was over and just stopped coming to Sup Forums because it was a non-issue. Hillary had no chance--nobody who supported the energy reforms that torched the rust belt had a chance. Bernie at least had plausible deniability on that count, he could at least speak to labor unions and such in the area and gather some support among blue collars. Hillary was a cyanide pill, I called this ten months in advance. I made 40,000 dollars betting on Trump because I was that sure, they had him at 32:1 odds back then. I wish I had bet more desu.
