This, in the book "Hitler's Revolution" even went into some accounts where the NSDAP higher ups stated that trying to repopulate that with your own people would take decades, probably up to more than 100 years and thus would render this territory mostly useless and would only increase the length of your border to be defended.

You do realize that in Mein Kampf, he deliberately writes that the eastern European countries would be seen as economic slaves to the ruling central european power (similar to today) where in Hitler's world, they would still populate the lebenraum, under NatSoc rule, and mostly take care of the food for the increasing German population... not in the sense of literal slaves. Even then, in 1923, he already knew that removing all the people makes the new lebensraum useless.

Exactly, and just like the people in Germany itself, they will be kept happy via "socialism", i.e. a big welfare state in this case, not marxist socialism. Different form of government with different aims with the Idea that the 3rd Reich being the economic powerhouse in central europe and has it's satellite states around it (with France and Britain have way more influence than Romania for instance)... you could say similar to today. I mean WW1 and WW2 were "needed" to just prevent that, Germany as economic ruler in central Europe.
The other satellite states would still have gotten "their natsoc", i.e. their culture and identity would not have been destroyed, but they would have been fed lots of propaganda (just like the germans received) towards a "unified" goal, i.e. united states of europe with somewhat shared eceonomies and also military (Waffen SS was basically this) against outside foes, i.e. the US, USSR and in the future china. Hitler would have never allowed this free movement of people because race was #1 on the list of important things.
So take the EU, remove freedom of movement and immigration, put nationalistic/pro-racial propaganda in place, changed finance system and a dictatorship where you are not really allowed to criticize the government and you basically have the end result.

You make up your own questions now? Sweden was not invaded and Norway was only invaded because Britain was on their way to conquer it. Britain started meddling with the waters there and as a result, Hitler saw it necessary to take Norway because they received important resources from Sweden. Would the brits have taken Norway then with the resources from Sweden.
Even Churchill admitted the while starting later, the Wehrmacht had a decisive victory against the British forces and were only a few hours faster in taking an important strategic position which resulted in them getting Norway and not Britain.
This also meant going through Denmark in 1940 because otherwise the Nazis would not really have gotten to Norway.
