First thing's first, stop believing in the myth of the wage gap. It's been debunked so many times I can't even count.
AS A WHOLE, women make less than men. But if you were to have one man and one woman both in the same job working the same hours with the same experience who both did as good a job as the other, they'd be paid the same. Women as a whole are paid less because women go into different fields. If you want to have them paid the same, you'd have to force women to make choices they don't want to make. Do you want to do that? Because that's what Stalin did.
Second, in terms of GBA+, it may not be exclusively based on women, but it's based on factors such as race, culture, situation, and sex. All of these are factors an individual cannot control, so judging somebody based on these factors is inherently immoral. It goes against the very idea of a meritocracy. Meritocracy is what just about every western civilization is founded upon, so if you remove that it's going to lead to a steady decline into oblivion.

Canada had 336,000 foreign students, 95%+ non-white, studying at Universities in 2015.
Universities are given diversity quotas, and we let in 82,000 non-white 3rd world students a year. This is actually an avenue to PR/citizenship as their study time is counted as time in country. Also not counted in the official '300k' economic/family reunification class.
