Thanks, mate.
The regulars aren't here, though. Shame on them, keeping a general running around the clock is pretty hard.

The previous thread on ancapism started really slow and all of the sudden 500 posts. We just need a bit of shitposting to get it rolling.

You're here from the previous thread? Ayy.
You need to check out the Sup Forums minecraft server, some faggot demolished Valetta.

Really? Fuck, I guess I left too early.
Hope you managed to contain the sperghetti.
Any discussion topics?

was mostly people not understanding decentralized law, although one Spain user got convinced into reading Hoppe after explaining how covenants would establish age of consent on their own interest so everything was worth it.

Yeah. Basically, the principle isn't even necessarily the complete lack of government, it's the lack of monopoly on force. If you act like a dick, you're going to lose all of your power.

day of the rotor soon

People mostly fail to realize that an anarcho capitalist society is literally a market of laws, you buy the law that's more convenient for you by purchasing property, and this leads to market optimization.

They try to strawman us (often with support of other, not so well-read anarcho capitalists) with the impossibility of enforcement of the NAP, but the NAP is only the minimum and it's not even necessary for Anarcho Capitalism, in my house there are more rules that don't kill and don't steal. What Anarcho capitalism needs is exclusively real, unconditional private property.

>you buy the law that's more convenient for you by purchasing property, and this leads to market optimization.

Cool, can I buy a law that says I'm in charge of everybody else?

Is anybody in charge of a covenant that would put you in a leadership position?
Would anyone join a covenant where you're in charge of them?

I don't think there's enough market demand for properties where you can be in charge of everybody else. But maybe I'm wrong, man.

That's the case in the current system. As long as you have the numbers. If there's a ton of statists in an area of course it won't be ancap.

The NAP mainly just means "don't act like a dindu". Mostly, people will make their own rules on their property, with properties with similar rules forming covenants, preferably next to one another to prevent conflict.

The topic of discussion is:
When is it necessary to evict a person from a covenant? And in what scenario is it necessary to go into conflict with another covenant, if all diplomatic options fail?

If the statists try to gain AnCap territory, they've compromised themselves and have made themselves a target.
Will their government protect them from retaliation?

If they're a health hazard imo. If he's insured the insurer would likely stipulate in the contract that if he's a suspect of a crime he'd get investigated. So if he's breaking people's shit or being a danger to those around him he'd get fined or go on trial. And if he's refusing to cooperate you'd do the same a government would. Besides you can still deny him service in the community. I doubt he'd stick around long without access to even the basics or road access.

>Will their government protect them from retaliation?
Depends on the situation. If it's a tiny group looking to expand I guess they'd get btfo by the ancap forces. If it's a superstate like the US looking to get back its territory there's nothing you can do really. Just wait for them to go away then undermine their authority again with counter economics.

When is it necessary to evict a person from a covenant?

Having provisions for most human nature shortcomings (like voting in favor of what will destroy you) will be the main factor for covenants prosperity.

So, eviction would happen under the breach of those signed provisions and would be totally justified.

>in what scenario is it necessary to go into conflict with another covenant

I believe insurance/security firms that didn't cover the possibility of fair ruling in case of conflict with competing law frames (through external independent agencies) would fail terribly in the market we're using for hypothesis, what do you think?

...

I think that guerilla warfare should be used against larger armies. IEDs, ambushes, scorched earth (when possible) are all viable strategies.

GIMME MY GUN

Valid points.
I was thinking more like two ideologically incompatible covenants (one might be a state) going to war.

GIMME MY GUN
Aussies need weapons to protect their land.

Evict someone if they breach a contract or breach self-ownership, i.e. use aggressive force. This applies to covenants too. Conflict should only occur if collectives or individuals have breached a contract or used aggressive violence.
Over time, covenants would confederate and diplomacy would be a lot more effective.

Are there any of these on UK amazon which aren't in large print?

GIMME MY GUN

You're in your debate club and this guy starts talking about the social contract.

Roads were also unironically built so states could better send their armies and taxmen to peoples' front doors. I read somewhere that even in the Roman Empire the people hated the fucking roads.

Why wouldn't it be? Any logical person would be suspicious on a system that claims to want eliminate all government, yet seems to focus most intensely on the parts of the government that benefit non-rich people......

These computer generated memes are really shitty. The CIA needs to step up their game, no wonder NSA thinks they are retarded.

not sure if you guys are skin woggers or not

matresses are antenna grids

>Why wouldn't it be? Any logical person would be suspicious on a system that claims to want eliminate all government, yet seems to focus most intensely on the parts of the government that benefit non-rich people......

The presupposition that there is only a class of rich and non rich, with no enlightened in between, is false. The middle class exists, and the more literate it becomes the closer it gets to panemiming the behavior of the upper class. Acting as a translation layer the middle class facilitates cultural growth and exchanges between the other two classes. The assumption that subverting the post enlightenment foundation of liberty with information warfare and communism is somehow beneficial to the lowest class is false. It's beneficial to the upper class, by limiting exchanges between the classes and thus allowing the upper class to isolate power. These limitations are created by marxist political doctrine and are detrimental to the poor, not benificial to the poor.

Your post is a textbook example of psychological subversion. Tell the poor that what the rich want, the isolation of information and power in the upper class, is somehow good for them. You say that a logical person would be suspicious of liberty, Project Mockingbird in a nutshell! Tell poor people they are stupid if they don't want to be enslaved by a communist government! That ought to work! Your post ... is exactly what the problem.

here's one for the threads...

>non-rich means only poor people
>non-rich doesn't include the middle class by definition

and one UUUU

Also, if the guy who did this Hoppe did a Rothbard Pepe and a Mises Pepe that would be spectacular.
