The chance of an explosion rendering organophosphates "inert" is ridiculously slim. Explosives are usually used to deploy them as aerosol. Even with a direct hit of a 250kg or larger bomb this would not guarantee destruction. Not to mention that bombs deal most of their damage via shockwave and shrapnel, not the explosion itself. If sarin was released at the scene according to the russian version it was most likely because whatever it was stored in got ruptured, not because of a direct hit.
