War has a long tension building period. That said, there are two tension building things:
1) Every April 15th or so, NK launches some missiles to commemorate something something.
2) We're sending a couple of warships to the Korean peninsula, sort of "I dare you".
The real game of chicken hasn't started. And pretty much the whole world will tell us to calm down.
