To say this is a result of the market is just a complete fallacy. Federal subsidy in a market is not "a free market" its a controlled market, where the state gets to dictate certain factors. The problem does not lie in the market it lies in a government that thinks people can magically become successful after getting a piece of paper telling them they can be successful, further devaluing that paper for everyone else.
