When that is underway, you can ask for additional steps to take based on how things are playing out. Also, vote for anti-immigration politicians regardless of whether or not they have a chance of winning. This is all part of codifying public sentiment, which is a necessary precursor to any action.

Second, ban Islam in Europe. Since it's not a religion, the principle of freedom of religion does not need to be compromised.
Third, set an ultimatum. Within 6 months, all mosques have to be closed, all qurans have to be destroyed. 18 months later, all muzzies have to decide to
- choose a new religion (atheism is not allowed, going to churces is mandatory for at least 5 years)
- leave Europe
Lastly, another 6 months later, arrests and deportations will be initiated.
The process would definitely be accompanied by ugly scenes including terrorist attacks. But after 5 years of trouble we would have our continent back.
