Back due to popular demand! This thread is for the discussion of Juche politics! (You can also talk about the current events in the DPRK, I wont mind!) Juche is a radical form of socialism, It has a strong military presence to deter Imperialists from attacking the bastion of Socialism and the sovereignty of the Juche state! Juche stresses self reliance and ideological struggle and self cultivation!
The captions at the top of the poster I posted read:
온 민족 단합하여 (on minjoki danhaphayo) = Our race united
거족적인 동일 애국루쟁으로 (kejogjeogin tongil aeguklujaengeuro) = In the unification fervor
The bottom caption says:
조국통일의 새로운 국면을 열어나가자 A new phase of motherland unification! (Or something to that effect)
The book the man is holding saying something about North-South Cooperation.
One of the banners the people are holding below the is the famous phrase "Uriminjokkiri" (our race among itself) which is also the name of the DPRK news outlet which aims "propaganda" (news from a pro-DPRK perspective aimed at a south Korean audience.
"Our Wish Is Unification" -DPRK song. May their wish come true as quickly as possible, hopefully US domination of Korea will soon come to an end.

Let's be realistic, it's a dire struggle for both sides but I believe the biggest asset that the DPRK has is time. Time is on the side of the WPK.
The only reason why southern Korea has survived for as long as they have is that their bubble economy is propped up by American trade deals that disenfranchise US workers. Once the economic advantage is gone, the legitimacy of the southern Korean state will be hard to justify. Why should a seperate pro-US state exist, when there is a "Korea First" state right across the border?
The so-called "Dae Han Min Guk" is fundamentally a unstable nation-state, the "citizens" have very little pride in it. The southern Koreans are proud of their race but they are ashamed of their state, which they view as a puppet state. That's why there are millions of people protesting Park Geun Hye, there are millions of people importing the import of US beef, burning American effiges, rioting against US military presence, there are millions protesting when a south Korean school girl gets run over by an American tank. Yet when there is an anti-DPRK protest there are only 30 people, mostly old veterans, one foot in the grave already. The future belongs to the anti-American, pro-Korean youth of Korea that will be the generation of unification. Kim Il Sung Dae Wonsu Man-Manse! 김일성대원수 만만세!
South Korea is indeed gaining an increasing anti-US sentiment. If Kim plays his cards right and doesnt do anything stupid he could have a very cooperative South. This could very well lead to a new golden age of Unified Koreas

Would you, as a follower of Juche, say Juche is more closely related to Fascism/NS or communism? I'm a National Socialist and support the DPRK because from what I've read, the DPRK is more of a Ethno nationalist state with Socialist economics then a egalitarian state with Bolshevik economics. There's an interesting book called "The Cleanest Race" that goes into way more detail but essentially it says Juche is National Socialism for Koreans.
I wouldnt call it "National socialist" per se. I mean I havent read the book you have cited (i will be sure to tho) Id rather call it Patriotism. Juche stresses a very strong importance on the state and the korean people.

Really national socialist ythe reason the germans and japs lost ww2 was that they pissed off the locals of every fucking place they took over. Most asians hated the brits french and americans. If you could find a way to get national socialisim to work globally where each nation respected terrotorial boundaries and culture with out mass killings of people because of ethnicity or racial groups.
