Lastly, prenups can get thrown out of court, as in the judge will not honor the contents, even if they are agreed upon by two lawyers when they were created. I have never heard of a prenup successfully protecting the man and his money.

Now no dowry's are given, the husband is the one who pays for the wedding, and there is an almost equal distribution of males and females in the workforce.
It's an outdated, miserable concept.
