There is also the fact that kind of propagation could back fire, like just one fly by of panphlets probably wouldn't convince anyone that's been under NK's spell their entire life. So you'd have to do several, maybe even hundreds of air drops before you started convincing a reasonable portion of their population to turn against everything they've lived for and oppose their government. After any air drop the government would probably deny the claims and use it as more political fuel that the west is trying to attack their way of life or something. Like the logistics of suddenly changing the flow of politics with an air drop of red pills doesn't seems that feasible the more you think about it. Like you need a lot of air plains, to cover the entire country, and you need to do it several times without your shit getting shot down or starting a war. They'd probably pass a law too at some point instructing their citizens to burn and ignore the red pills. Also think about it, who are you going to trust some "photo shopped" propaganda pamphlets dropped by your enemy or your family and government which you believe loves you.
No doubt it would piss him off but I doubt it could really have any realistic effect on his control.
You'd have to get his people to turn on themselves, and reinforce that family element I mentioned earlier, the red pills would be more convincing coming from friends then your enemy.
I think introducing them and get them hooked onto the global internet might be the most potent propaganda tool you could drop on them. Like a really long term campaign.
