I wasn't fat when I went on Keto and found it amazing for my brain. Everything felt better, including confidence. But fuck did I feel unhealthy after a while. Drinking the salts and the potassium just doesn't seem natural bro.

yeah, its not that hard

tho i was never a big fan of sweets and other sugary stuff, which is big barrier for most people, so its not a big problem for me.

there are lots of example diets on the web, telling you what to eat or not, check it out. all I can tell you is that this diet is awesome but you need to work out while doing it

For the first 2-4 weeks, the cravings for carbs will test your willpower to its limit
If you can overcome that, you're set. You'll also learn to cook much healthier
