If you translate the webpage, it says, "It is possible to give an opinion while the matter is processed in the Senate."
We still get the benefit of sweet feminist tears though.
Matthew Jones
also, when does the polling end?
Owen Perry
If we win, the bill is going to congress to get voted. We have a huge chance to win, because of big evangelical and right wing presence in congress
If the NO wins, the bill will be discarded imediately

Welcome to Brazil politics. It's full blown Banana Republics mechanisms ouhea
You'd think they'd at least make it region locked.
"Shut up," she heard a man's voice say as a body barreled into her, tripping her backward and sending them both crashing through a low glass table. There was a heavy person on top of her, spreading open her thighs, and another person kneeling on her hair, hands pinning down her arms, sharp shards digging into her back, and excited male voices rising all around her. When yet another hand clamped over her mouth, Jackie bit it, and the hand became a fist that punched her in the face. The men surrounding her began to laugh. For a hopeful moment Jackie wondered if this wasn't some collegiate prank. Perhaps at any second someone would flick on the lights and they'd return to the party.
"Grab its motherfucking leg," she heard a voice say. And that's when Jackie knew she was going to be raped.
“Jackie” — the student at the center of the now-discredited Rolling Stone article about the University of Virginia — is doubling down on her explosive claims that she was gang-raped by seven brothers at a prestigious UVa fraternity. In videotaped deposition being played before the U.S. District Court in Charlottesville, Jackie said she’s sticking by the story she told Rolling Stone writer Sabrina Rubin Erdely. That story was central to “A Rape on Campus,” Erdely’s November 2014 Rolling Stone story that’s now the subject of a $7.5 million defamation lawsuit. Former UVA Dean Nicole Eramo, the plaintiff in the suit, says the publication put her in the story “to personify the university’s alleged institutional indifference to rape.”

The Duke lacrosse case was a 2006 criminal case in which three members of the Duke University men's lacrosse team were falsely accused of rape. The case attracted widespread media attention almost from the moment it became public. The apparent circumstances—three white males (David Evans, Reade Seligmann, and Collin Finnerty) from privileged backgrounds at an elite university apparently taking advantage of a student and single mother (Crystal Gail Mangum) from a crosstown black college (NCCU), trying to make ends meet by working as a stripper and escort—seemed tailor-made for wall-to-wall coverage. However, once the case deteriorated, critics saw it as a stinging showcase of bias in the media and the university system. Among those giving extensive coverage to the matter was Nancy Grace. Before Duke suspended its men's lacrosse team's season, she sarcastically noted on the air, "I'm so glad they didn't miss a lacrosse game over a little thing like gang rape!" and "Why would you go to a cop in an alleged gang rape case, say, and lie and give misleading information?"[1] Another, Susan Estrich, said "I teach criminal law. But what are we dealing with here? The mafia, or a sports team from a first-class university. Instead, they hire them lawyers to trash the victim and the prosecutor."[2] Former prosecutor Wendy Murphy supplied the case with some of the most inflammatory claims and supported Nifong's withholding of evidence saying, "Nifong should be rewarded for respecting the defendants' rights by not leaking the type of evidence that could help him personally respond to criticism."[3] Murphy said "I never, ever met a false rape claim, by the way. My own statistics speak to the truth."[4]
Elijah Scott
Why the fuck it isn't already illegal?
Isaac Robinson

Yes. can you tell me how long until the poll closes?
Ayden Richardson
Isn't accusing anyone for false crime punishable everywhere?
Austin Bell
save us that we don't go to your countrys
Jayden Brown
not if you have a vagina because apparently criminalizing attempts to put innocent men in prison would make it impossible for rape victims to report the rape
Kayden White
No, In canada you get released if it gets declared it never happened, you can sue for damage to reputation after, though. But cops won't come in and arrest her for faking a rape accusation.
Luis Reed
Please bump this shit. Even if you're a lurker and you don't have anything to say please just say something to increase the visibility of this thread.

Cameron Williams
Someone on the feminist side must have automated the voting process. There is a new 'NO" vote every time you refresh.
Leo Scott
REEEEEE
Jace Price
Feminists of Facebook, they really are waging a war against men.
Jesus Christ Brazil. An Online poll to determine if a law goes forward??
Well, it definitely should be illegal so I'll help out.
Honestly if you falsely report a felony and get someone imprisoned for years, you should be executed and all your worldly possessions given to your victim.
Wait, it just occurred to me, why can I vote on this? They left open a vote this important to an internationally accessible poll?
Owen Young
The only way for falsely accused man to be freed is if the bitch will come forward and admits that she lied. That will never happen if false rape accusation will be criminalized. The only way to solve false rape problem is to make new rape laws, that will work under presumption of innocence and due process.
Aiden Taylor
done.. gave them muh google+ shiiite
Caleb James
>feminist >Brazil
What am I reading, only white countries have feminist because their men are castrated pussies, Brazil is full of black men who beat the shit out of their women casually.
I have I even posted it on the MGTOW subreddit it has like 11 upvotes already
Evan Brown
>is that from a movie? oh Poland
To answer your question, yes, it's from one of the most famous anti-racism movies of all time: To Kill A Mockingbird. A white woman accuses an innocent black man of raping her, and since he's black in a southern state everyone's ready to convict him until that typical Hollywood hero, the white liberal lawyer, steps in to defend him.
It's so satisfying when you can use the left's own propaganda against them
Cameron Morgan
its not a "legal" vote, is just a consult made by the senate
Andrew Lopez

Noah Rivera
There are some problems with that law.
First of all, this law will make it more likely that females will not retire the accusations, making the innocent man have a open accusation/closed case for lack of evidence. And most jobs require a criminal record, and if the woman decide to not retire the accusations, the jobs will probably not choose him because someone once (falsely/) accused him of rape.
Btw, don't think your vote matters. Just think in the weapon plebiscite some years ago
