Most vegetarians/vegans don't supplement as they need to and suffer for it. I need literally HUNDREDS of times more B12 than normal to survive. If I cut out meat and just took a multivitamin, I wouldn't have made it. My body nearly shut down. I spent a couple years sleeping 18 hours a day. My nerves all the way down my spine and to the tips of my fingers and toes were demyelinated.

Actually pretty easy. The secret is to meal prepping. For example lentils or tomato rice with a good portion side of vegetables, and if you want to a dessert like porridge. Boom you have a reallly stuffing around 300 calories meal. And don't worry about muh protein, I lift regulary and have exactly the same results, actually even better ones because I am more commited. Best thing is that it can practically last in the fridge for weeks.
