Parts of the deep south are actually getting whiter over time. I'm not sure if you read Occidental Dissent/Hunter Wallace, but that dude lives in Lowndes County, Alabama (southwest of Montgomery), which was historically VERY black.
But blacks (for the most part; there are exceptions like the Mississippi Delta) are leaving the rural south. It's just too boring and slow for them compared to the cities where their cousins already live.
What you can do is look at Census demographics estimates for 1990, 2000, 2010, and the latest estimates that they release each year. Look for counties in the south that have been getting whiter over time.
