A lot of these "scientists" aren't actually scientists though. Most people in the climate change industry don't know the first thing about climate. They are sociologists (not science) who write papers about the societal effects of global warming and so on. Others are scientists, but they are biologists and so on who maybe track animal population movements or whatever. A very small minority are actually physicists who would be in some way qualified to speak on the issue itself. And the biggest "deniers" are also physicists, so really the issue is not as unanimous as presented when you look at only people with the necessary education level to understand the issues.
