Are the majority of slumlords and landlords in Manhattan Jews? Yes. Are they greedy? Yes. Is their act of jacking up the rent forcing minorities to flee their homes? Yes.

Why should white people care? Ghetto blacks in America ethnicly "cleans" everywhere they go, that is why they are ghettos. Same with cholos. Until they recognise how they have been encouraged to be hostile to thier own environment and engage in counter productive behavior and apologize to those whites who were pointing out the folly of this kind of activity then all they are doing is continuing that utilization.
But hey, those they are accusing of ethnic cleansing are not much better. Why would you want to pay above rate to these people in order to live near people that harrass and undermine their "allies". Let the place rot, take away the slumlords revenue and let the tools slowly disappear as the gibs dry up. A better life awaits elsewhere with a change in mentality.
